The practical rules for using notShop and following products to independent merchants.The service
notShop is a product-discovery service. It helps you browse, save, and follow links to products offered by independent merchants. You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account information.
Merchant purchases
notShop is not the seller of products shown in the discovery feed. Prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, taxes, product claims, and checkout are controlled by the applicable merchant. Review the merchant’s terms before purchasing. Displayed catalog information can change between discovery and checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, automate excessive requests, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected systems, or use notShop for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or its users.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity under your account. Taste descriptions must not contain unlawful or abusive material. You permit us to process your selections and interactions only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice or guarantees of quality. To the extent permitted by law, notShop is not responsible for merchant products, third-party sites, indirect losses, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
