Information we process

When you create an account, Clerk processes authentication details such as your email address, name, profile image, and sign-in provider. notShop stores your Clerk user identifier so your account can be recognized across devices.

We store the categories and taste descriptions you choose, products you save, and swipe decisions. Saved product snapshots may include a product title, merchant, image, price, currency, and destination URL. The app can also keep a local copy on your device or browser for fast and offline access.

How we use information

We use this information to synchronize your shelf, restore preferences, personalize product discovery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve recommendation quality. We do not sell personal information.

Services involved

Clerk provides account authentication. Supabase stores synchronized account state and operational cache data. Shopify supplies product catalog results and merchant destinations. Vercel hosts the web application and server APIs. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Your synchronized preferences, saves, and swipe history remain while your account is active. Cache and rate-limit records expire or are periodically removed. You can clear local data inside the app. To delete synchronized data or your account, contact support from the Support page. We may retain limited records when required for security or legal compliance.

Your choices

You may update your taste at any time, remove saved products, reset your discovery profile, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information.
